"The Electric" is the original Choreography that the popular dance The Electric Slide was dirived from.  "The Electric" choreography is not covered by the Creative Commons Attribution.NonCommercial 3.9 license nor is the video which is covered by the registration listed here.  
Only the basic 22 step pattern known as The Electric Slide - a single line dance - is covered by the Attribution license.
